Please note that our warranty covers manufacturing defects exclusively. LeatherClout cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or incidents occurring after delivery.

Return & Exchange Process:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from LeatherClout. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your product, we offer a hassle-free return policy if product will damaged. and No exchange process.

  • Time Frame of defective piece return: You have 15 days from the shipping date to return damaged product not exchange any product that doesn’t meet your expectations.
  • Exchange Process: we will not exchange any product which does not meet your expectations.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in saleable condition to qualify for a full refund.
  • Defective Items: In the event of receiving a defective item, you have up to 15 days from the date of receipt to request a refund for a new one.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive the incorrect item, please ensure it’s returned in its original and unused condition, including the original box and packaging and make a video while opening your box.

Non-Refundable Situations:
Please note that refunds or exchanges are not permitted for the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind
  • Size issues (Please refer to our size guide attached to each product page)
  • Opened or used products

Shipping Charges for return items:
As we are offering free shipping on deliver but we will charge $20 on return. Additionally, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
